Our Policy

• Client must be at-least 18 years old (valid proof of ID required). Parental consent is required for those under 18.
• No (unintended) children/pets allowed inside the studio.
• A mask is recommended but not required.
• Please reschedule/cancel if you experience any cold, flu- like symptom, styes, pink eye, allergies, lice, COVID 19, overall unwell.
• Those that have Medical Conditions from the Health Clearance List must submit a Doctors Note prior to booking an appointment. 
• Studio Policy and Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. 
• All Sales And Transactions Are Final, There Are No Refunds
• We allowed up to 15 minute grace period. Please let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, we will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will be subject to charges. No-Show/Same Day Cancellation will result in 50% Charge of the appointment. Any appointment booked the day before or day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy, and are subject to charges according to policy.

Deposit

• A Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required To Book All Appointments Which Will Go Towards Your Remaining Balance. Deposits Are Non-Refundable.
• Only one reschedule allowed per appointment. Additional reschedules will result in a Full Service Charge for the missed appointment.
